1. What Is the Return Policy?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Once we receive your returned items, we will complete the refund process promptly.

1. What Is the Cost of Shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your item’s weight and shipping location. We strive to keep our shipping rates affordable, though final rates are determined by our shipping carriers.
2. When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Prior to shipping, all items are cleansed in our Sacred Blessing area to arrive with the highest positive healing vibrations. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped. Please allow for 5-7 business days for processing during busy seasons.
3. I Didn’t Receive an Order Number. How Do I Know My Order Is Complete?
A confirmation email, including your order number, is sent after each purchase. If you haven’t received it, please check your Spam folder.
4. How Long Does It Take for an Order to Arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, though international shipping times may vary. Pre-ordered items generally ship 3-4 weeks from purchase.
5. Will My Order Be Shipped in One Package?
Some items may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery.
6. I Received a Tracking Number, but It Hasn’t Updated.
Please allow 2-3 business days after shipment for carriers to update tracking information.
7. Where Are My Items Coming From?
Our items are handcrafted by artisans globally and shipped from our fulfillment center in London, England.
8. Can I Update My Shipping Address?
Please review your address on the confirmation email sent after your purchase.
Note: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. If your tracking information is updated, you may contact USPS directly to request a package intercept. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays or misdeliveries, for which we cannot be held liable.

Yes, we do! Average international delivery times range from 10-21 business days, depending on customs and any potential delays. Express shipping is also available, with similar delivery timelines.
